At Hearing Services and Hearing Aid Center, our staff is highly trained and knowledgable - but just as important, they're helpful, patient, and caring. Our goal isn't just to provide better hearing aids - it's to provide a better hearing healthcare experience.
At Hearing Services we have the reputation of treating each patient as a unique person with a unique hearing loss. We understand that there is no "one-size-fits-all" method to make everyone hear better. We make sure each of our patients' unique needs are met with a solution that is tailored solely for them, and only them. Our focus is on improving your ability to hear as well as communicate. We enjoy nothing more than seeing our patients smile and say "I never thought I could hear this good again!"
Our process includes a review of the patient's medical history, a review of how their hearing loss has affected their life, an exam of both ear canals, ear wax removal (if necessary), and a full audiological evaluation (a hearing test). We do all of this before a hearing aid recommendation because it gives us a more "full picture" of your hearing loss, and it shows us how you can benefit most through hearing health treatment.
